Frequently Asked Questions:
*Care: Almost all of our blankets and clothes are
machine washable - please use the GENTLE CYCLE. We recommend LINE DRYING. Once
dry you can pop them into the dryer to fluff them up. The FUR JACKET should be
HAND WASHED and line dryed.
*Sizes: Our blankets are available in two sizes BABY
35"x45" and Adult 60"x72" Our clothing sizes run 6 months, 12 months, 18
months, 24 months, 2T, 3T, 4T. When in doubt order the larger size.
Return Policy:
Purchases may be returned within 14 days of the date you
received the order, unused, unwashed, in original condition and
packaging for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges). Sales become
final 14 days after you receive the order. Please do not return items to us
later than 14 days after you receive them. The returned items must be back in
our possession within the 14 days after the order was delivered. Please allow
transit time for your returns. Exceptions to this policy will be at the sole
discretion of B.B. Koala and will be issued a store credit at the current
selling price minus a 25% restocking fee.
Exchanges:
Exchanges may be made within 14 days of your receipt of the
orginal order provided we have the desired item(s) in stock. Items being
returned for exchange must be unused, unwashed and in original condition
. To ensure availibility of the item you would like to exchange for, it is
best to place a new order for the items online and return the original item
for credit back to your account. Re-shipping charges will be applied to the
payment method on file in the case of exchanges. Exchanges are processed
within 14 days of our receipt of the item(s). If the item requested in your
exchange is no longer available, a store credit will be issued.
Gifts:
Gifts may be returned for a store credit or credited back to the
purchaser's credit card within 14 days of the date you received the order. If
you would like a store credit please include your email address with the
return as this is the way your store credit information will be sent. We
cannot issue a refund to the gift recipient. Please include the original
packing slip with your return, without that information we cannot process the
transaction.
Important Information:
*Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your
return.
*If the item was purchased a set, (for example: a top and pants), it
must be returned as a set. We will not process returns/exchanges of an
incomplete set.
*It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is
trackable (UPS, FedEx, or Delivery Confirmation). We cannot be responsible for
non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a
return/exchange until it has been processed.
